About

I've sat on your side of the table.

Roden Holdings is led by an operator, not a tool vendor.

Tom Prokop, founder of Roden Holdings

I started in Home Depot's internal audit leadership program, then did risk advisory at KPMG and transformation work for Fortune 500 companies. Then I built my own services firm. We scaled it past $10.5 million, made the Inc. 5000 in 2021 and 2022, and I exited.

Somewhere past $6 million, the cracks started to show. Every decision still ran through me. I had built a business that couldn't run without me, which meant I'd built myself a very expensive job. Systems are what got me out.

When we finally built them, they paid for themselves fast. When we made our acquisition, the systems we put in place saved six figures within the first six months.

Why Roden exists.

Most founders don't need another AI tool. They need someone who has been in the seat to show them where the time goes and what's worth fixing.

I've spent real money on technology that never delivered. Software nobody used. Tools bought to fix a problem nobody had mapped. Those mistakes are the reason every assessment starts with how the work actually gets done, not with what to buy.
